Local-currency figures are indicative conversions for comparison only — invoicing and contracting happen in US dollars, at the rate agreed in writing.

Why we price in USD and show your currency alongside

Offshore delivery costs are set in dollars, so contracting in dollars keeps the number you sign the number you pay. Currency swings then hit your reporting line, not the vendor's margin, and nobody reopens the rate every quarter. The local figures on this page are indicative conversions for comparison only — useful for a budget sanity-check, never a quote.

Managed delivery is a flat per-seat monthly rate, quoted in writing before you commit. It covers QA scorecards and calibration, SLA and volume reporting, workforce management and scheduling, ramp and backfill planning, and escalation ownership. Scouting, vetting and the introductions themselves stay free whether or not you take the managed option.

What changes by market — and what doesn't

Coverage hours, compliance paperwork and language mix shift by country. The delivery bench and the seat economics do not.

Coverage hours
Shift-mapped to your market

North America and Europe run from an evening or overnight shift in India; APAC and the Gulf line up with Indian daytime floors, which is the cheapest coverage we can source.

Compliance
Screened before shortlisting

GDPR handling for the UK and EU, HIPAA awareness for US healthcare, PCI-DSS for payments, plus ISO 27001 and SOC 2 where your security review requires them.

Language
English-first, with escalation paths

Every floor is English-first. German, French and Arabic tiers are handled through partner vendors rather than pretending a single site covers everything.

Unchanged everywhere
Seat bands and ramp

$7–$12 per agent hour depending on channel and shift, 10–50 seat programs, a shortlist in 72 hours and live delivery in two to four weeks.

Common questions about pricing and currency

Can we be invoiced in our local currency?

In most markets yes, through the vendor's billing entity, but the contracted rate stays in USD with the conversion applied at invoice date. We flag the exact arrangement before introductions.

Are the conversion rates on this page live?

No. They are indicative reference rates kept roughly current for budgeting. Anything you sign uses the rate agreed in writing at contracting.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Matching has none. Vendor contracts typically start at three seats with a one to three month pilot before a longer term, which is where SLA and QA targets get locked in.

What is not included in the per-seat rate?

Your own software licenses, telephony or contact-center platform costs if you supply them, and any custom development. Those are named line by line in the quote rather than buried in it.
